Registration opens for Print UV in Las Vegas

Registration is now open for Print UV 2027, taking place April 19–21 at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. Super Early-Bird registration is $1,900 — $300 below the $2,200 standard rate at https://www.printuv.com/register.

Print UV now runs every two years. Miss 2027, and the next event is two years away.

Steve Metcalf and the late Hans Ulland co-founded Print UV in 2008 as the UV and LED UV community’s dedicated exchange. They built it to be more than people talking from a stage: an event where printers, suppliers and technology leaders could challenge one another, share what was actually working and move the industry forward together.

“Hans and I never wanted Print UV to feel like just another conference,” says Metcalf. “We wanted the people making the decisions and doing the work close enough to challenge each other, share what is actually working and leave with relationships that last. There simply isn’t another event like it in high-value print.”

The 2027 program keeps that original charge while widening its focus to the work attendees actually sell: high-value print, special effects and practical AI in the pressroom.

A packaging converter, a commercial offset printer and a label manufacturer now face the same question: What makes this job worth more than the next shop’s version of it?

The program is built on three pillars:

• UV and LED UV innovation — curing, inks, coatings, adhesion, sustainability and press integration.
• High-value print and special effects — embellishment, foil, texture, packaging and labels, and the offset, digital and hybrid production behind them.
• Applied AI for print — estimating, scheduling, prepress, sales and marketing, taught through printer case studies rather than theory.

Monday, April 19 opens with an optional, hands-on AI Experience add-on sponsored by IMAGINE AI LIVE, followed by the evening welcome reception. Tuesday and Wednesday, April 20–21, are full days of sessions, exhibits and networking.

Sessions are only half the value, show organizers say – the people and connections are the other half. Print UV is touted as being deliberately intimate, bringing owners, operators, technical leaders, manufacturers and suppliers together through sessions, exhibits, meals and the welcome reception.

• Super Early-Bird: $1,900—$300 below the $2,200 standard rate—through December 31, 2026.
• Early-Bird: $2,050 from January 1 through February 26, 2027.
• Standard: $2,200 beginning February 27, 2027.
• Guest registrations: $200.
• A Print UV room block offers special negotiated rates as low as $279 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees. Rooms are first-come, first-served while availability remains in the block. Booking follows confirmed conference registration.
